We recommend booking at least 7 days in advance to secure your preferred date and guide. Some specialist tours or large group bookings may require additional notice.

For scheduled tours, payment is made online during the booking process. Private and customised tours are confirmed with an invoice or secure payment link after your itinerary has been finalised.

Most walking tours last between 2 and 3 hours. Selected specialist tours may be longer, depending on the itinerary.

Morning tours typically begin between 9:00 am and 9:30 am, while evening tours usually start between 4:30 pm and 6:00 pm, depending on the experience and weather conditions.

Tours generally proceed in light rain. In the event of severe weather or lightning, your guide may adjust the route, delay the start time, or reschedule the tour if necessary.

Cancellation and rescheduling requests should be made as early as possible.

• Full refund for cancellations made 14 days or more before the tour.
• 50% refund for cancellations made 7 to 13 days before the tour.
• No refund for cancellations made within 7 days of the tour.

If we need to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered either a full refund or an alternative date.
